About Me

Hello, I’m Carla! I'm a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an integrative approach that includes trauma-informed care, person-centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) expertise.

I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, including private practice, substance abuse treatment centers, detention centers and non-profit community mental health clinics.

My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard and valued. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I connect authentically with clients of all backgrounds and provide culturally sensitive care that respects your unique story.
